FunBrix runs brick-themed play events and private parties for young children, with loads to build, explore and play with.
Our events are packed with cars, trains, character figures, buildings, animals and boxes upon boxes of bricks from brands including LEGO® DUPLO® and Mega Bloks. Children can build towers, create fire stations and princess castles, design airports, or simply make up something completely their own.
With so much to choose from, there’s plenty to spark children’s imaginations and encourage creative play. Some will carefully build a whole scene, while others will invent stories, characters and completely unexpected creations as they go.
There’s no right way to play — children can follow their own ideas, join in with one of our themed builds, or just enjoy seeing what they can create.
We have an extensive stock of quality bricks from well known brands. Nothing smaller than a standard 2x2 stud LEGO® DUPLO® brick is allowed, which is usually sold in sets marketed as 18months+.
We have specific sets including characters from film & TV, a large train track, playboards, and a huge selection of bricks for free play. We also have bigger Mega Bloks bricks which are great for building towers, and some XL bricks for building walls!
Absolutely not! Alongside our huge collection of building bricks (and all the characters, animals, trains, cars and buildings that go with them), we also have dressing up, and a craft table with colouring, stickers, stencils and more.
Everything has a brick theme, but anything that helps children use their imagination, get creative and build their own play world is fair game.
FunBrix is an unstructured play event, giving children the freedom to explore, build, play and follow their own ideas.
For those that want more structure, we provide treasure hunt style themed build challenges - can you make a flower, an animal, or a tower as tall as you?!
We encourage grown-ups to get involved too, and enjoy the rare pleasure of making a mess without having to tidy it up!

It’s a fair question. Lots of children already have bricks, cars, trains and characters at home, but FunBrix offers something a bit different.
As parents ourselves, and after taking our own children to plenty of play events — as well as running them — we’ve seen a few things that make this kind of play feel very different from being at home...
Those are some of the things that inspired FunBrix in the first place. LEGO® DUPLO® and other brick brands may be familiar, but having so many sets, characters, vehicles and bricks together in one place makes for a very different kind of play. Children can get stuck into building, pretend play and making up their own ideas, while grownups can join in, watch, or enjoy a tea, coffee and cake nearby.
