Terms

  • We, us or our is a reference to FunBrix or FunBrix staff.
  • You, your, customers, or attendees is a reference to the people to whom we are providing our Services.
  • Equipment means all equipment, materials, clothing, toys and other property owned by FunBrix.
  • A session is a specified date, start time and end time of a single FunBrix event.

General Terms and Responsibilities

  • Adult supervision is required at all times.
  • Parents or guardians accept full responsibility for the supervision of the children in their care. FunBrix staff cannot be asked to supervise any child for any reason.
  • Not all equipment may be suitable for all ages. Parents or guardians accept full responsibility for any damages caused by not following clearly signed age limits.

Booking and Admission

  • Bookings can be made in advance online. Walk-ins are permitted, provided the session is not fully booked, but may incur an additional fee.
  • Events generally last either 60 or 90 minutes each, the times of which are listed on our website. If you join an event already in progress, you will need to leave at the end of that session, even if you have not been there for the full session. It is your responsibility to arrive on time for your session.
  • The entry price is for admission of ticket holder and one adult. One free adult per child ticket (including sibling tickets). Additional adults are welcome but require an extra adult ticket.
  • All playing children require a ticket. Babies in arms, sleeping, or otherwise not involved in playing go free. In general, we expect children under 6 months to be free, over 12 months to have a ticket, and those aged 6-12 months at the discretion of FunBrix depending on circumstances. FunBrix reserves the right to request payment for a child without a ticket if they are significantly engaged in playing with the equipment.
  • If you arrive early at the venue you will be asked to wait until the session start time before admission, to ensure FunBrix staff have sufficient time to prepare the equipment.

Cancellation and Transfer Policy

  • FunBrix bookings are non-refundable, but bookings can be transferred to another session.
  • Transfers can be arranged by contacting us at least 48 hours before the start time of the pre-booked session.
  • In the unlikely event that FunBrix needs to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances or operational requirements, all ticket holders will be contacted and all tickets will be transferable to another session or refunded.

Health and Safety

  • To prevent the spread of infection children who are unwell, or who have been unwell, must not attend until 48 hours after recovery.
  • If a child or adult visiting FunBrix is sick or infectious during their visit they must leave the premises immediately or will be asked to do so.

Behavior and Conduct

  • FunBrix reserves the right to refuse entry or ask a person to leave if they do not abide by our rules.
  • Anyone posing a danger or threat to staff or customers, engaging in any illegal activities, causing intentional damage to equipment or property, or other offensive behaviour will be in breach of our rules of conduct. Fighting, bullying and abusive language will not be tolerated.
  • Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is prohibited at FunBrix events.
  • Age limits on some equipment will be clearly signposted and must be adhered to.
  • Individuals responsible for intentional damage to equipment or facilities must pay for the repairs or replacements.

Photography and Privacy

  • Guests may take photographs of their own children at FunBrix events, but should not photograph other attendees' children to respect their privacy.
  • FunBrix commits to not posting images of guests and their children on our website or social media without explicit prior consent.
  • FunBrix is not liable for photos uploaded to public websites or social media platforms by others without the photographed individuals' or their guardians' consent.

Personal Belongings and Lost Items

  • Customers should keep valuables with them at all times.
  • Customers bringing personal belongings into one of our events do so at their own risk. FunBrix accepts no liability for any loss or damage to visitors' belongings.
  • To avoid confusion and potential loss, we request that customers refrain from bringing personal items that closely resemble FunBrix equipment, such as LEGO® DUPLO® bricks or similar play items.
  • Report lost items to FunBrix staff immediately. Found items should be handed to a staff member. Lost items are kept for 30 days. Unclaimed items after this period may be donated or disposed of.
